Now launching in 2025, we have a girls trip to Mt Buller for the weekend in the prime of August!

WHAT YOU GET:

• Two nights accommodation 

• We can assist with gear hire for extra cost (your choice of skis, poles and boots or snowboard, boots and bindings) plus outerwear hire (snow jacket, pants and helmet)
• Return transport from La Trobe University (Bundoora campus)

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

• There is a 48 hour grace period for cancellations, where a full refund including the deposit is available.

• Beyond this 48 hour period, deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

• In the event of a cancellation the participant must email committee@lust.org.au immediately to advise the committee. Please include a reason for cancellation in your email.

• Where a cancellation is advised more than 28 days prior to booking, the participant shall receive a partial refund excluding the deposit paid.

• Where a cancellation is advised less than 28 days prior to departure, the participant shall receive a partial refund excluding the deposit paid and any costs reasonably expended by La Trobe University Snowsports Team.

• Where a cancellation is advised less than 3 days prior to departure and all vacancies are not filled by other participants, the participant will forfeit their entire payment.

• Cancellation after commencement will result in forfeit of entire payment and participant may not be credited for components not used.
