Can’t get enough of Buller?! Don’t worry we have you covered with another three-night snow trip catering to all levels of experience!! We’ll take care of your transport to and from Mt Buller from LTU, plus your accommodation. Spend your days hitting the slopes with your fellow LUSTies and exploring everything that Buller has to offer!

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
• There is a 48 hour grace period for cancellations, where a full refund including the deposit is available.
• Beyond this 48 hour period, deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• In the event of a cancellation the participant must email committee@lust.org.au immediately to advise the committee. Please include a reason for cancellation in your email.
• Where a cancellation is advised more than 28 days prior to booking, the participant shall receive a partial refund excluding the deposit paid.
• Where a cancellation is advised less than 28 days prior to departure, the participant shall receive a partial refund excluding the deposit paid and any costs reasonably expended by La Trobe University Snowsports Team.
• Where a cancellation is advised less than 3 days prior to departure and all vacancies are not filled by other participants, the participant will forfeit their entire payment.
• Cancellation after commencement will result in forfeit of entire payment and participant may not be credited for components not used.
