First launched in 2015, this three-night trip designed for beginners provides the perfect introduction into skiing or snowboarding. We have the trip entirely organised for you including transport, accommodation, snow gear, and lessons. You'll be going from your first steps in the snow, to cruising down green runs and getting on and off chair lifts in no time. With on-mountain accommodation just an easy stroll away from the mountain village and plenty of time for you to practice your newfound skills on the slopes, this trip is perfect for those who have never seen the wonder of snow before. Let your snow sports obsession begin! 

WHAT YOU GET:

• Three nights accommodation 

• A Three Day Lift Pass
• 3 x two-hour lessons from Mount Hotham Snowsports School (Ski or Snowboard)
• Beginner and intermediate terrain access
• Gear hire (your choice of skis, poles and boots or snowboard, boots and bindings) plus outerwear hire (snow jacket, pants and helmet)
• Return transport from La Trobe University (Bundoora campus)

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

• There is a 48 hour grace period for cancellations, where a full refund including the deposit is available.

• Beyond this 48 hour period, deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

• In the event of a cancellation the participant must email committee@lust.org.au immediately to advise the committee. Please include a reason for cancellation in your email.

• Where a cancellation is advised more than 28 days prior to booking, the participant shall receive a partial refund excluding the deposit paid.

• Where a cancellation is advised less than 28 days prior to departure, the participant shall receive a partial refund excluding the deposit paid and any costs reasonably expended by La Trobe University Snowsports Team.

• Where a cancellation is advised less than 3 days prior to departure and all vacancies are not filled by other participants, the participant will forfeit their entire payment.

• Cancellation after commencement will result in forfeit of entire payment and participant may not be credited for components not used.
